Vinted parcel collected… not by me

I bought an item on Vinted and got it delivered to a ParcelShop. A couple pf hours after the notification of delivery to the ParcelShop, I got an email saying that the parcel was collected... but I didn’t collect it. I got the email notification of its collection when I was sitting at home. I thought someone collected the wrong parcel, so I went to the shop to ask if someone brought it back and they weren’t able to help because my name wasn’t on their device anymore - as when the parcel is collected, the customer names is taken off the list. I don’t understand how someone else could have collected it when I was the only one to have the barcode in my email. The Evri tracking doesn't have photos, it just says delivered at this time on this date. And Vinted are not able to help at all. Is there anything I can do about this?
