Wattage Concern about my first build

I am currently building a mini itx build that does not require a gpu using the AMD 8700G chipset. I am done building but the estimated wattage is 246W. the case I am using is the In Win Chopin Max which comes with a 200W power supply. I was wondering how accurate are the wattage estimates. below is the link to my completed build.

Just a fyi, this is my first build and i needed something with high ram and a great cpu with integrated graphics because I do not game. My motherboard choice might seem like overkill but I am trying to future prof this build as much as possible.
