Can we talk about how on gacha life 2 characters delete themselves?

So I had a design, I worked a whole day on it and I was really proud of it. But today I entered on gacha life 2 again and it wasn't there anymore. I really wanna know why? Cuz this isn't the first time that it happens and it happens to my friends also, the design is there for a few days or a week or so and then it just deletes. I really wanna know why like I said this isn't the first time and it happened whit my first designs when I first installed the app also. I left a review a while back and wrote about it when the app was still new to the play store. Nothing changed, updates came but this problem was never solved and again I wanna know why. I read some reviews from other ppl too and it's the same problem. I'm tired of my designs getting deleted for no reason whatsoever. And I know some ppl suggest saving the character in 9 slots but why? Why do we need to go throu all that just so we can make sure out designs are being saved properly and they won't just delete themselves? It's honestly annoying and infuriating like I said before I'm tired of losing designs when I spent so much on them.
