Looking for Custom Jersey Website

I’m looking to order a custom basketball jersey. I’m finding most websites that offer “customization” are limited to their available selection of colors, patterns, and fonts. I’m more interested in finding a place that will allow for me to upload and place original artwork rather than designing within the site.

If anyone has done something like this before, please let me know how you went about it. Not concerned about budget.
