Hacked Starbucks Account

Has anyone had their Starbucks account hacked? I've been trying for a week to have my access re-set or restored and for some reason they keep saying it's "escalated", yet, I've not heard from anyone. I sent an email to the CEO-and waiting for a response. Thanks for any ideas!
