Runners are no longer needed in BuildMart

Because teams can see their upcoming build choices, the past runner can now instead be focused on their own personal fourth build, which would be selected as soon as another build is completed. A runner’s purpose was to give the fourth person something helpful to do since there’s only three builds, but now there can practically be four builds at once. This cuts out the wasted time of a runner collecting unneeded materials or them feeling lost, as everyone can be efficiently working towards their own build. Thoughts?
