Weight bearing fear

Weight bearing while actively in a properly fitted boot at a 20°-30° angle can't cause a re-rupture, am I right!?

Like, the tendon can't stretch at all simply from weight if the foot can't get past 20° plantarflexion, so near impossible to re-rupture at that stage, right!? It might hurt elsewhere, but there is no undue stress directly on the tendon, right!?

My foot is comfortable at 20° and tolerates partial weight, but I'm afraid of adding more weight until I see my PT, but my appointment is a week after the surgeon said to start full weight-bearing and I see the benefits in early weight bearing.
