Changing the Fronx horn

The horn on the Fronx does not match the design of the vehicle so I bought a new horn. Unfortunately, you need to remove the front bumper to replace the horns. Has anyone had any success with removing the front bumper ? They're about 25 clips/ screws around the perimeter but there seems to be something ( hidden) keeping it attached by the license plat.
