Does giving improvement for SSC-II really add the word “improvement” in your marksheet?

Recently, I’ve been getting too anxious about the result and this thought keeps up in my mind that maybe I’ll give the papers again (Astagfiruallah hope not). But yeah is the rumor really true? Any one up to date could tell me on this?

To be honest, is giving improvement for 10th a good choice? I mean yeah just study for a week or so, give the paper and move on to 11th- is that really a concerning thing? Besides I’ve seen most people not get into universities just because there were a point or 2 behind, and that does solely depend on fate but I always think what if they ever gained a mark or two in matric, maybe they would’ve actually gotten into the university because there is only so much you can get in FSC and entry test.

Please do clarify me on this and if i know most of you will oppose the idea of giving 2nd annual in 10th- anyone who gave that in 10th could share their experience?
