Newer question formats?

Without getting into specifics, has anyone noticed that some of the questions have gotten kind of irrelevant to ethical situations? I’m a reapplicant so i took the casper test again this year and there were certain questions this time that didnt seem to be related to ethics at all. Instead of “what would you do?” Type prompts, They seemed more like questions you would ask an acquaintance or a new coworker, such as about hobbies or friend groups.

What are they evaluating and how would a scorer objectively grade such a question? (I know the normal ethical questions are also open ended, but there are certain expectations for responses, like taking accountability or doing “the right thing”. )
