Which plugin creates the best motion blur – AI Motion Blur or ReelSmart Motion Blur?

I'm working on a project where motion blur is crucial for achieving a natural look. I've been looking at two plugins: AI Motion Blur and ReelSmart Motion Blur (RSMB). Has anyone here used both and can share which one gives better results in terms of quality, render time, and ease of use?
