Apotheosis Question

So I finally activated those tiers, and the bosses started spawning. But since I started, I plundered some villages since I was looking to get into bees, and via those loot chests I progressed through the tiers without killing bosses. Is it supposed to work that way? Like I obviously killed the ender dragon, wither etc. already, but there seems to be no need to kill the apotheosis bosses? Downaide is I already have the ars armor with allthemodium upgrade, but the diamond gear I now fins is obviously way better. Is there a way to move the attributes onto my gear, or do I need to recreate my armor? Can I move affixes on silent gear weapons? Thanks!
