ISO rhinoplasty surgeon and costs associated

As the title says, I’m sniffing around for a rhinoplasty surgeon either in Nashville or the surrounding middle Tennessee area. I had a consultation with a surgeon but he soon retired before I could quit smoking to actually get the procedure done. I’m now smoke-free and weighing the costs of a rhino in America versus just going to get it done in Turkey while also having a nice vacation prior to the procedure. My last surgeon quoted me at around 12 thousand USD and offered Care Credit for a payment plan. Anyone who has any recommendations/experiences with a surgeon here and the costs associated let me know (including all cosmetic procedures- not just rhinoplasty). Thanks!
