I'm having trouble finding an apartment in Gainesville, all I want is a in unit washer and dryer and to be friendly of course safe that would be OK too.

I don't think my budget for a one bedroom is too low. Gainesville is making me nervous. i need a place by august 1. I prefer downtown or Butler's Plaza area. Are you lead me? I will follow so please let me hear your best suggestions. Thanks!
