Medical cover for amateur athletes travelling from abroad competing in the USA?

I’m an Australian Rodeo Bronc Rider & will be travelling to the USA to compete in a bunch of rodeos.. So far I have not found any medical/travel cover that includes rodeo bronc riding or amateur athletes? Is there something I haven’t heard of yet? What do other athletes do for cover that isn’t just buy normal travel cover that includes basic ‘horse riding’ and pray nothing too bad happens?
