Weird Rash Overnight - Strep Related?

Hi everyone! 24F. I’ve been battling strep for a little over a week. My symptoms got worse this past weekend (tonsils still swollen and gross along with lymph nodes being super swollen as well. I went to the ER yesterday because the people at urgent care thought i had a peritonsillar abscess and they couldn’t drain it there. I went to the ER and had a bunch of blood tests done as well as a ct scan of my throat. No abscess but just really swollen lymph nodes. They changed my antibiotics from Keflex to Amoxicillin. I started taking it last night. I also washed all my bedding before I went to sleep last night. I woke up this morning with this rash on me. Any idea what this could be? I immediately thought this was some kind of bug bite but I have no idea.
