Earthbound Virtual Console Rom doesn't have any sound.

Earthbound Problem | Okay for some reason my game which i just decrypted from CIA to CII by the way, it doesn't have any sound. And I DONT KNOW WHY. its pissing me off cause i have spent 3 days trying to get a earthbound rom for citra.
