newbie here: sleep association?

Hi!!!

I’m still trying to help my 5 mo to sleep independently — FIO has worked the best.

NOW, daytime naps? We are working on it lol

Is being rolled around in a basinet stroller a better sleep association than being rocked in my arms to sleep??? (Yes, no, maybe?)

I tried this method and he seemed to fall asleep much smoother (no screaming) than being rocked in my arms

He is a bit of a fomo baby and hates sleeping lol
