Cannot get Denon AVR-2807 to connect to Samsung U8000F through HDMI

The Tv doesn't even recognize it as an audio device. I have tried switching from TV stereo to other sources and nothing seems to make a difference. I even tried running auto setup through the AVR. It will show up on the TV but won't do anything when I initialize the auto setup. Any ideas here? Thank you in advance.

This is how I have the rear of the AVR setup minus HDMI. The HDMI is switched to the \"Out\" position now.

HDMI has been moved to "Out" position then into eARC on TV.
