Part time attorney to SAHM?

I work part time as an attorney. My husband is pushing for me to become a full time SAHM especially because his career involves ton of traveling. My daughter’s in daycare part time too. It’s so discouraging because when I do have an important hearing your meeting I just feel like I’m always interrupted. I can’t prepare for it. Is it even worth it to continue this balance? It just sucks. When my daughter is sick, I can’t go to work and I can’t take her to daycare so I end up at home stressing out over working. I don’t necessarily have her want to use my mom as a backup because if my daughter is sick, I don’t wanna get my mom sick. Has anyone gone through this? Any words of encouragement ? Because right now, my thought processes since we’re already gonna have another kid I might as well just stay home.
