How to whiten composite covered teeth?

I had an idiot dentist years ago that painted my front teeth with composite. My current dentist said he would’ve never recommended that. I was younger and sue me, I trusted him! He did not explain that composite stains easily, no matter how well you brush. Is there any way to whiten my composite-covered teeth? Any products, mixtures, over the counter things, anything at all?
