Can this watch be revived?

I have a Citizen Model No.JR3XXX/Cal.No.C650, an Eco-Drive model, that was a 20 year anniversary gift from a previous job. Therefore I got this watch in 2004. It has been in the box a long time, over 10 years for sure. How likely is it that the watch would work again? I'm wondering if the internal battery has corroded and if those solar cells will still function.
