What do you do when you have a bad streak?

Hi everyone. This week has been really slow for me. I haven't had much engagement in any of my niches, Instagram hasn't been doing much, and neither has X. I know you're not familiar with my content, but I was wondering if there's any advice you guys could give me on what to do when I'm not having the success I had a month ago; what do you do?
