Sony 100-400 gm lens. Where to mount peak design anchors/strap?

I just got a Sony 100-400 gm lens and I’m wondering where I should mount my strap anchors. What I mean is, on the 200-600 they have points on the lens that people recommend mounting them too (since the lens is so heavy and don’t want to put too much stress on the interface with the camera). The 100-400 is bigger than anything I’ve ever had but I noticed it doesn’t have said attachment points like the 200-600. Is it fine with this lens to just still attach my strap to the body and let it hang downward like I have been? When my camera is at my side it points lens straight down as is but I just don’t want to damage anything
