How do I get rid of base teleport module?

When I started out I was just putting them everywhere. Then I started building a base and realized I couldn’t add a teleport module because there was one nearby that is somehow counting as the same base (even though each site had its own base computer).

Now when I transport to my base it’s not actually to my base, and I have to travel a bit from my base to reach a teleport. It’s very frustrating. Please help.
