Im freshly graduated this year, should i tell me parents about my relationship

Im 22F, graduated this May. I have been in an relationship since 5 years. I would meet my bf in college hours but now its not possible and im unemployed currently, preparing for future exam (will be taking a year gap) I have no other way of meeting him,Should i tell my parents about it? They had found about him twice and told me to focus on career first and later this. What should i do?
