Ultimate difficulty

Is it just me or in recent weeks my ultimate difficulty has become extremely harder than usual? Like a few months ago I was finding ultimate like a decent challenge but now it’s like my players don’t move properly and the gameplay feels heavy and slow and I don’t play on simulation I play classic and custom but I haven’t adjusted any sliders it’s just default how I always play. Any recommendations?
