Release dates Polerouter/Constellation/Conquest?

Heya, I've seen designs for Polerouter/Constellation/Conquest floating around and was wondering when these will be released. I believe at some point designs were shared for constellations in Globemaster colours, is that still in the works?

Bonus question: is there a release date for the spirit homage?
