Car hit me on my electric scooter

I was riding my electric scooter thru a crosswalk and a car was turning right and was behind the crosswalk and wasnt looking right only looking left at the traffic and I did not think they would turn right because there was so much traffic there wasnt an opening for the car so I honked my horned and yelled as well to get his attention that I was going theu the crosswalk ahead of time so he would notice me but he did not. So as I went thru the cross walk he all the sudden decided to just hit the gas and try to sneak in somewhere in between the traffic and hit me on my scooter busted up my scooter and I kinda hopped off right before so I only got hit on my leg but my scooter got throw and bent pretty good and all tore up. I got his insurance information after. What should I do now? My scooter was the only form of transportation to get to and from to work. So now I’ll have to pay for uber everyday. And I missed a half day of work pay yesterday to go to the hospital and now have some medical bills. Also traumatized. Anyone know my next step to get compensation?
