SA’d and need advice on coping with potential diagnosis

Hi everyone. I’m new to Reddit, so I apologize if this isn’t the right way to post. I was sexually assaulted last week and last night I noticed what I am pretty certain is herpes. I just don’t think there’s any way it isn’t. It matches all the photos, symptoms, etc. They’ve sent in my blood for an official diagnosis and I’m just sitting here in tears unable to move. I have no idea where to start or what to do, I wasn’t prescribed anything yet and I’m terrified about what this means for me and my future (on top of getting assaulted). Any words of encouragement or reassurance is appreciated. Thank you all.
