Asking for an update on Trac applications

Hi all, I’m a recent graduate and soon to be HCPC registered after completing my reg portfolio in a blood sciences lab. I’ve started to apply for band 5 BMS jobs and was wondering what a reasonable time to wait is before asking for an update on trac applications? I know everyone’s experience may be different, but I would rather know that I haven’t been shortlisted. I’m trying not to be impatient, I’m just eager to get going!
