Finally got a job off campus, 2025 grad but there's a catch

As a 2025 grad from a tier 3 clg I finally got a chance n offer from a product based company, I was happy bout it until I saw the offer letter, I was expecting a bit more in hand salary but there was this variable bonus which made the ctc look good. I m continuously applying off campus with n without refferal but no avail, I have to agree I m a avg student, nothing extraordinary, this company aligned with my skillset n I cleared the all 4-5 rounds of interview, no it's not a startup but there's a 2 year bond, ik ppl say not to join such companies but I have no other option.

Financially I have no pressure from family but it's just that I want to be independent so that I can help them out a bit, also I will be staying at a close relative's house so accomodation is not an expense in the job city, I can save major part of it.idk I m confused atm n need a different perspective on this situation.
