HORRIBLE quality on Spiderman 2

So, I recently bought Spiderman 2 on my PC and the quality is just atrocious. I'm very confused since I have played the game before on PS5 and it was fantastic, so I don't know what I'm doing wrong. My GPU is a RX 5700 XT, if you have any tips, please let me know. (Ignore my horrible swinging, I just got the game)

(At the end of the video, I show my current settings.)
