Hi everyone,
I work as a lab technician at an andrology clinic in Germany, and we have an online microscopy exam every six months.
These are static images taken at 400x magnification using brightfield microscopy.
The sample is a urine specimen.

I’m trying to identify the structures in the images, but I’m not sure about B and D.

Especially B is a complete question mark for me.
There is a slight extension or tail-like motion appearance, but I don’t know what it could be.

D might be a fat droplet, but its morphology also resembles an isomorphic or dysmorphic erythrocyte.

I haven’t checked the pH or other parameters yet because I haven’t opened the probe. I only have these images at the moment.
