West end of the city opinions

Looking at some places that surround Prince Charles School. I've heard that generally, the east side of the city is considered nicer but is that part of the west side good?

Basically from the school up to Moira and several blocks in each direction. It looks like some nice houses and just mostly residential. Just looking for opinions and experiences on living in the area.
