How do I setup tyrewear,etc...

I am a PS5 player and don't have that much of an experience with ACC custom lobbies, but I'd like to drive races with my friends. We want to be able to plan pit strategies but I can't find any settings regarding to the activation of (for example) tyre wear or fuel consumption.

Where can I set up things like these?
