Stripchat rankings

Maybe this is a silly question but does anyone know how they figure out the new rank each month?? I finished at 18 last month and started at 36 I think? I’m #20 today. I am just confused about rankings and also need opinions on if I should make a graphic profile?? Mine is very boring rn.
