this game is so atmospheric and I went through a million emotions playing it. From the get go, I was pretty intrigued. I really like the concept of a dead/amnesiac mc and exploring their past.

Honestly from the get go, I found nellie and mell's relationship really unsettling. I have a younger brother, we are close. But there is generally a degree of seperation. I also am a psychology major and I like to overanalyae things in fiction. I was eventually proven right. Honestly, nellie seemed like a pretty isolated girl and with the stress of marriage at the age of 14, and growing up and finding out the whole thing with her mother, I am not surprised she lost it.

But I didn't expect the twist of the white haired girl. I went into the game completely blind and I genuinely felt like oedipus finding out that he had married his mother and killed his father💀. Like I didn't know whether I should feel disgusted, uncomfortable, pitiful, or astonished.

But I understand that this game is meant to make you feel uncomfortable, so I'll push forward.
