Entitled Residents

This rant has probably been seen a thousand times over😂 but I can’t standddd entitled residents. Especially the ones who don’t have pool tags and try to come to the pool or those who didn’t get theirs updated. Had one guy argue with me because I told him his kids who were 12 and 15 can’t come to the pool by themselves because they’re underage (which is a law in my state). Then yesterday a guy came with his two sons and was mad because I told him he needs his 2025 pool tags to use the pool. Then he started complaining about the HOA and his rent went up like I was supposed to care after he just disregarded the rules and got into the pool with his kids.(My manage came by and kicked him out). He then continued to complain about how the lifeguards need to take breaks. We work 8 hours in the heat out here and need to take 5-10 minute safety breaks at the end of each hour to use the bathroom and test the water. Also working an 8 hour shift it’s mandated by law that we get a 30 minute break so everybody has to leave the pool. I’ve dealt with this kind of stuff since I started about 4 years ago but it’s always good to rant and get it off my chest
