First Collect-A-Con Show Tips

Going to the Collect-A-Con show in Jersey in a week and a half, and was wondering if there are any show tips anyone can give? Going with my son, who is almost 7, and its our first show. I collected way back in the day, like most, and we (me 🤣) got back into it when 151 came out. We're pretty much ignoring every set prior, or at least until he sees those singles for the first time 🫠

The financial expectations will be addressed with the little man, and he was told he could bring any duplicates for trade towards any product, packs, singles he might like. I'll comp those the best I can to save time at the table(s).

If anyone has any recommendations for things to do / avoid at these shows? We'll be going the first day. Im sure we'll be looking at a lot of tables, grabbing a few packs or singles along the way. Thanks in advance for the guidance! And happy (and safe) 4th to everyone!!
