The Coquette D5 is now bulletproof/explosive immune

So two times today people have been camping in the Coquette D5 to spam kill me. It appears to be not only 100% bulletproof but also completely immune to explosives. I tried with multiple sticky bombs and all the 20 oppressor missiles with no luck. It's kinda crazy because if I remember right, the last few times it has happened to cars (like the unarmored kuruma) it could still explode. In this car you can not in any way kill the driver.

How long do you guys think it will take for Rockstar to fix it? I think the kuruma stayed bulletproof for at least a couple of month
