Roofing quote, is it too high?

Hey guys I've been having certain aspects of my roof updated and I'm wondering if the quote is too high. Now, obviously I'm not a roofer but I'll try my best to describe what's being done. Just give me a general idea of what you think the work would cost based on that. Wont be divulging what the current quote is πŸ˜‚.

So πŸ‘, I live in a semi-detached 3 story house, with a flat roof at the peak.

1: We're having the shingles across the building removed. So off the roof, dormers, front porch roof and sun room dormer. 2: Stripping the roof of all the old wood and getting plywood installed. 3: Since there's rot on some of the trusses as well as sections of the face plate board we're replacing/sistering whatever boards need it. 4: slight masonry work near the roof face plate as some bricks are deteriorating, so fixing those 5: waterproofing from top to bottom and reshingling the aforementioned areas (roof, sun room, dormers, and porch) 6: removal of all soffit/fascia and installation of new ones 7: removal of all gutters/eaves, down spouts and all, installation of new ones

All this work is taking approximately 7 days. Monday - Sunday.

I wish I could provide square footage or general measurements, even photos but i like my discretion. I'm certainly interesting in proffessionals opinions so let's hear them haha.

Also this is Canadian which is important πŸ‘
