Ray-Ban meta problem

When they're in their box, they connect perfectly to my phone and also the battery is stuck at 54% for 2 days straight. But when I get them out the box they won't turn on I can't even see any led. Note that before that they were working but when I star recording a video they disconnected to the phone and reconnected. Please help me.
