[Arizona]Weekly claims

I’ve filed a weekly claim for 3 weeks now since applying for unemployment on 6/13. All of them have been accepted, I got the debit card in the mail and it’s already activated. I faxed over the final document that was required on 6/23. When I login to the website, it shows nonpayment reason as “active issues” what does that mean? Or should I try to get thru to them? I still have no money
