What do I supposed to do in the meantime?

First. I’m just a 35 yr old woman. I think I have POIS and want to be diagnosed. My flares are bad. Every time I climax. I also ejaculate and a lot of fluid not squirting. Yes women can. I get real sick from my stomach and all the other textbook symptoms. I also get highly aroused a lot. Which makes my want to masturbate to relief the high tension. I found a uro-gynecologist that will see me in September, but I can’t just not “you know” until then.
