Tudor Corner or Medieval Town Square?

Okie Dokie folks, the time has come.

I started a new job and moved into a new apartment about 6 months ago, and I've decided it's time for a shelf piece. Budget is about $250. I'm torn between Tudor Corner and Medieval Town Square. Does anyone have any insight as to which to spring for first? I get an unshakeable feeling that I'll eventually have both as well as Lion Knight's Castle (when it comes back in stock lol), but right now is right now. Thoughts?
