I have constant FPS drops and Riot support doesn't help

Az tye title suggests I have FPS drops and all of the solutions of riot support don't work. I re-installed my drivers, changed settings in-game, in-client, in NVIDIA control panel everything. Still the FPS drops don't go away and it happens in team fights or just when I am farming. I tried lowering the graphics, I followed tutorials yet nothing. This is a last cry for help. This are my specs Acer nitro 5 that is like 6 years old i think CPU Intel(R) Core (TM) i5-8300H CPU @ 2.30Hz RAM 16GB GRAPHICS CARD NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050

I really want to end the fps drops because I enjoy the game and it kills my enjoyment and my passion to play. Thanks to everyone who will see this and try to help!!!!
