Co-worker invading my privacy at home

Location: Washington State, USA

I recently broke my own rule about dating workplace adjacent people, and dated the person I replaced (she quit, I was hired to replace her, we met, and dated). Her name is Kaitlin.

Kaitlin has many friends at work. Despite her being the one that ended things, I have noticed a negative shift in how her friends are treating me at work.

1st incident- One of her friends, Katie, recently hit me with a text on Slack out of the blue "they know you were late to an educational seminar." I was late to that seminar, she was correct. My dog had broken out that morning and I was looking for him. When I asked her about how she knew, she told me that Kaitlin told her and another co-worker, Lisa, that she saw me walking my dog that day. What concerned me is that the area I was leading my dog back home from was in an area that would not be easily visible from the park that I live by. The inaccurate information that I was walking my dog was passed along to my boss by Lisa.

2nd incident- I had to drive 3 hours to see a doctor for a serious health issue I am having and that I made my employer aware of. I took the day off, gave them notice, etc. I do have a work vehicle. The night before my appointment, I tried to start my personal vehicle and it was dead. Tried to jump it, still dead. So I booked a rental car to drive to the doctor. However, I had to take my work vehicle to pickup the rental car. Today, Lisa accused me of driving to Seattle with my work vehicle. I told her I didn't, that I took a rental, and asked her why she thought I did. She said she drove by my home on the day I had taken off and my work vehicle wasn't there. She said "everyone knows where you live" which I found really disturbing.

Are they breaking any laws? Thanks in advance. I will not be dating anyone close to work anymore, I know I'm an idiot on that part.
