help

my glucose is high ( i ate so much ) but if i run my finger along the top of the pod it smells very strong of insulin should i change the pod or not i’m not 100% sure because it stinks of insulin and im scared it’s leaking or the cannula isn’t in properly ( i havnt knocked it so idk how it could of came out )
