Hot take : the M-D is the better M6

I have recently acquired a used M-D and dig its purism and looks.

But also I feel it's the "better M6" when coupled with the Leicameter as it makes light metering and setting the right exposure so much easier thanks to the mechanical coupling that sets the correct shutter speed without having to look at the quirky dot-arrow-LEDs.

I also feel the turning direction of the shutter speed dial is counter-intuitive and the dial is too small and too far back, which causes me to often smear my rangefinder window. (No, I wont get a M6 TTL)
